Luis Paez and his men did an excellent job. They were on time, cleaned up, and my house looks great!

Luis's crew painted my detached garage and the soffits of my house. They prepared the surfaces first, by sanding where necessary, then primed and painted. They did a very thorough and detailed job, and I would hire them for future work.

I expected someone just to power wash and spray paint, but, Luis and his crew scraped this 99 year old house down to the wood. They are replacing some rotten clapboard, caulking, and then will prime with an oil base primer and paint. They are doing a wonderful job...so much work that I felt guilty and paid a bit more than he asked for... even then, it is a small price for such a good work. I only asked him to paint the upper level of the house and not the crawl space at the bottom because it will be replaced. I am going to do the trim work myself because I haven't decided on color yet for the trim around the windows.... so if you go by there, just observe the trim at the top of the building and the raspberry color on the house.

Luis and his team did an excellent job on all drywall repairs and painting; I would not hesitate to refer him to others, and I do plan to use him again for my drywall and painting needs

We hired Luis about a years ago for a lot of works: remove wallpaper in two bathrooms, retexture them, and paint them, as well as paint two bathrooms, and replace the quarter round in a long hallway and paint the hallway. He did a great job, but I failed to write a review. We just hired him for a second time to retexture our breakfast room and kitchen, and paint other rooms as well. His crew ensured everything was well protected before spraying on the texture, the floor, cabinets, counters, appliances. The texture work was excellent, his crew made one mistake with regard to painting the quarter round trim, but Luis and his crew came the following day and corrected it immediately. They did a very good job. I would recommend them to anyone, and I would definitely hire them again. They stayed on the job every day until it was completed, and I knew I could trust the crew to be in my home while we were at work. We are located in Pasadena.

From the very beginning Luis was prompt with phone call. When I texted him in the evening to ask a question, he again was quick to response. Luis listened very carefully as to what we needed done, reassuring us all the way that we would get a professional job. AND WE DID!! Luis and his crew were there every day on time and ready to work. His crew were hard working and behaved in a professional manner and only stopped to eat their lunch. The yard was cleaned up every day and supplies stacked up out of the way and tidy. THANK YOU SO MUCH LUIS AND CREW. Our house looks beautiful!! I will call you again when we are ready to paint the inside.

The quality of the work was fantastic! It looks like a brand new house and we are so pleased. Luis was so easy to work with - very professional, communicated promptly via text, email or phone call. They carefully moved the furniture, and cleaned up everything after the job was done. We could not be more pleased with our new (to us!) house.

I am so pleased! Luis came out the next day after my phone call and I had my quote by email that night. His team arrived early and stayed all day. They cleaned up after themselves daily. You cannot tell where the damage was. I highly recommend them.
