Mr. Paez’s prep work is outstanding which makes the finished product all the better. His clean up after completion was very good. We are more than pleased and will absolutely use him some more along with some of our relatives. As we kept adding things of course we went over the estimate but feel his charge was well earned and justified.

Luis and his crew worked hard and did a good job removing all the wallpaper throughout the house, texturing the walls, and painting them. Luis stands by his work and wants to make you happy. After he started the job, we wanted these old intercoms taken off of every bedroom wall and the kitchen. He happily did it and charged a good price. Also, he came back after all the work had been completed and repainted a portion of my master bedroom ceiling because I didn’t like the color. Thank you again Luis for your hard work!

Went very well. Explained to Luis we wanted in completed right away. He went out of his way to get here and complete the job in the same day. Workmanship was vey professional, cleaned up after themselves, even vacuumed. Next time we need painting or drywall we will call Priceless Painting. P.S. This is the second time we used them and were very happy both times.

The guy was responsive. They were very prompt about getting us the estimate. He definitely seemed like he tried and wrote up the estimate in a professional manner.

Luis dropped off his crew punctually each day at 8:30. The two man crew worked hard the two days they were at my house. They repaired cracks in my walls, filled in holes, sanded and prepped the walls, then put texture on them. Before they began, they cleaned the floor and taped paper down. They cleaned up and left late that afternoon. he next day they return and painted the walls, ceiling, window trim, baseboard and one door. They then cleaned the room very well. We were extremely satisfied with both the price and the quality of work. We will definitely call Luis again for future projects. The entire process was easy and painless.

I called Luis to look at any house and he came out the same day, I had a couple of quotes and they were all pretty close. Luis followed up and offered a small discount to come do the job. No one else followed up. Priceless also applies all paint with brush and roller which I prefer over messy spraying. Guys came out one day and spray washed and caulked entire house. Next day they were there at first light to get started. Attention to detail was impeccable. Crew moved everything away from the house and laid down drop cloth around entire house. Very good job Luis!

Luis dropped off a crew at the agreed upon time and proceeded to get them setup on work that was to be done. This transaction went pretty smooth as I had met Luis when he came out to assess the property for a bid on the job. There was a little back and forth as I withdrew some items from the proposal and counter offered on some items based upon other quotes. I felt like I was getting a fair price based upon the four other quotes. I received. In the end, I chose Luis because of his Angie’s List rating (in spite of some negative reviews). I respected the fact that he took the time to address those negative comments. That’s not to say that I agree with all of the feedback. But, at least you get the impression that he cares about his brand. Sometimes, you just have to let people have their say and let your reputation speak for itself. Luis’s crew did good quality painting to two bedrooms, three closets, a pantry, and two doors. While he did leave the crew to heir jobs for a while. He returned at the end to walk me though and see that everything was done right.

Our kitchen and master bath are bright, clean and freshly painted which is what we wanted after taking wallpaper down. The work was done in two days. The crew arrived at 8:30 am on first day and didn’t leave until 8 pm. The second day they came at 8 and left about 6. This worked well for us since we were getting our house ready to sell but I didn’t know the crew would be staying this late. My husband didn’t ask about the work schedule or he didn’t remember to tell me. I do think it would be helpful to customer if there was a work schedule that described hours and how many crew working. At one time we thought everyone had gone on lunch but there was one gentleman working but I didn’t know he was there. I would have given him snacks or lunch if I had know he was there. To be fair I didn’t ask either just making a suggestion. The crew prepped areas well and if there was any overspray it was addressed. The crew cleaned up each day and left only what they needed.
