Luis and his assistant were professional and courteous and they left the work area clean every day. They worked very hard for several days preparing the house and garage for painting. Their focus on preparation was great. They replaced rotted wood and caulked all windows and doors. The actual painting only took one day, and they were very responsive to requests. I will looking to hire Luis again for interior painting in a few months.

We scheduled an estimate first. He called when he was on his way. Very professional with estimate. We scheduled the job. Again, he arrived on time with a helper. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. Wrapped everything in plastic to cut down on dust. Cleaned up afterwards. More than pleased with the final product as texture matched perfectly and patch is not visible. Would highly recommend Luis.

Luis began the job and thought he had completed it, however when I inspected the texture of where he fixed the drywall, the texture did not match very well. After looking at it more closely, Luis agreed. He understood that we were not satisfied. He returned the next day and essentially did the whole job all over again. The second results were fantastic. Luis cares about his work and his reputation and he will make sure you are satisfied. I would use him again.

I hired Luis to paint the interior of my house. He also removed all of the wallpaper in the kitchen and bathrooms. In addition to painting, I had him remove the indirect lighting from the kitchen ceiling. He did a great job matching the existing texture on the ceiling. Overall, I would give Luis and his crew an A for a job woo done.

I contacted Luis and he responded very quickly. He came out and looked at the work and sent me a spreadsheet with the estimate the next day. The work was delayed and I ended up needing additional work. I was able to take pictures and took measurements and sent these to Luis via email. He came back quickly with a revised estimate. When it was time to do the work, he arrived promptly. He was here with his workers the entire time. They did a great job and even offered to help move some boards I needed to get rid of out to my curb. I had an injured back and I really appreciated this. There is nothing negative that you could say about him. I plan to do a kitchen remodel and he will be doing this work too. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Luis Paez and his assistant draped our wood floors and sealed off the utility room where the work was being performed. They removed the old drywall, baseboards and rotted wood. Replaced wood where necessary and all drywall/baseboards. He purchased paint to match (we had a sample) to repaint utility room. The end result is seamless and perfect! This company and the owner are very punctual, professional, the prep work and clean up was very organized and tidy. I would hire Mr. Paez again and would recommend him for work.

I emailed him late one night and he called the next day and made appointment for that evening. He was prompt and gave me an estimate on the spot. I agreed to the estimate and the crew power washed the house the next morning. The following day was Sunday and they were to start work on Monday. It rained on Monday so they came early on Tuesday and finished before noon.

I was very happy with the work. He was prompt and professional. I was also very satisfied with the prices.

Priceless was able to schedule us less than a week after I first called. The owner and an assistant showed up on time and were very agreeable to performing additional touch up as my wife directed them. They performed the work at the estimated cost plus a modest amount for the additional work we requested. They were fast, unobtrusive (no laud music playing) and very professional.
