Priceless was able to schedule us less than a week after I first called. The owner and an assistant showed up on time and were very agreeable to performing additional touch up as my wife directed them. They performed the work at the estimated cost plus a modest amount for the additional work we requested. They were fast, unobtrusive (no laud music playing) and very professional.

Luis was very prompt at returning my calls. He came one evening to give me an estimate which I thought was reasonable. We set a time for him to start and he and his worker were on time every day and always told me before they left when they would be back. They had a slight problem due to some of the paint they were painting over was water base and some was oil base. After primeing and painting everything, some of the cabinets were sticky and when the doors and drawers were closed and opened again some of the paint was pulling off. I called Luis and he came back promptly and repainted the affected cabinets. Again after a few days I closed the doors and the same problem arose. When I called Luis this time he set up a time for the paint company representative to come out and look to determine what the problem was. Luis then came out on Memorial Day weekend to completely sand off the old paint and reprime and repaint without any hesitation. The problem is solved, and everything looks great! It is very refreshing to have a contractor stand by his work and make everything right, instead of the usual excuses and run around that you get from others these days. This is the second time I have used Priceless Painting. Luis came by the house on time and gave me a bid that I thought was very reasonable. His work is exceptional. Although I did not solicit other bids, if a bid had been submitted that was lower than Luis’ bid, I would have used Luis. He started and finished the work on time. His helper was also professional and polite, and they did an excellent job. Everything was clean when he left. Luis is very professional and polite, and I intend to use him on my next job. I found Luis through Angie’s List. I am a hard grader and I highly recommend him. You will be very pleased with his work.

He did a great job. My only concern is that before they left my husband asked them to pain the door trim. This “extra” was not done with the care and to the standard of the rest of the job. It was minor point however, as we have asked them to come back and paint our master bedroom, hallway and stairwell.

Luis and his helper did a fantastic job. Luis’s sheetrock repair and painting job makes the house look better than new. They were prompt and diligent and provided excellent value for the money.

Luis did a great job and I can see why he takes pride in his work. The cabinets look like new. All the paint is where it belongs – no slopping over onto the walls, counters or floors. They worked very quietly and efficiently, finishing sooner than promised. They cleaned up so well it was like they had never been there.

Showed up at the date and time I requested and completed the job as described. He does an excellent job and I would use him again. Very responsible and reliable.

I believe that he did very good quality work and was almost completely satisfied.

Luis did a great job. I called him on a Friday and he came out same evening to see what we needed done. He emailed me a quote on Saturday and did all of the painting (that he had estimated would take 2-2.5 days) in just one day the following week. He arrived exactly on time, worked hard and was very conscientious and careful. We will definitely use him again if the need arises, as well as recommend him to our friends and family!
